Senior Social Media Community Manager

We are seeking a professional to manage our presence on Reddit and drive client engagement through strategic content creation.
Key Responsibilities- Identify high-impact subreddits where target clients are active, and establish a strong online presence by contributing valuable posts, comments, and discussions.
- Pursue client opportunities by analyzing pain points, questions, and demand signals, and execute targeted outreach strategies while adhering to Reddit guidelines.
- Track and report leads generated through Reddit activities, and collaborate with the sales/marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Reddit marketing, community management, or lead generation, combined with a deep understanding of Reddit culture, etiquette, and anti-spam rules.
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone per subreddit, and experience in client acquisition, B2B/B2C lead generation, or social selling.
- Familiarity with tools for Reddit monitoring, scheduling, and analytics is highly valued.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a growth, business development, or community manager role, along with expertise in content marketing & outreach automation.
