About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT principles and technologies, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mentality.

Main Responsibilities

">
  • Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues through phone, chat, email, and portal interactions.
  • Supply first-line IT support for all colleagues across a range of technologies.
  • Perform assessment, triage, research, and resolution of basic incidents and requests.
  • Engage other Service Desk resources or second and third-level service resources to resolve incidents beyond scope.
  • Ensure accurate logging, assignment, tracking, and response to incidents and requests in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Communicate progress promptly and maintain ownership until closure.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience on the Service Desk.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a customer-first mentality.
  • Advanced knowledge of IT principles and most supported systems.
  • Subject matter ability in multiple areas of support.
  • Robust technical knowledge and working experience with Microsoft products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone manners.
  • Able to build robust relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Able to think logically to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues.
