Speech Therapy Specialist

This role involves working with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide holistic care to patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
The Speech Therapist will be responsible for assessing and treating patients, developing and implementing therapeutic treatment plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Key responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, creating personalized treatment plans, and providing direct therapy services.
- A strong understanding of speech therapy principles, practices, and technologies is essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and managing Dysphagia, as well as experience in addressing Speech and Language Disorders, are critical skills required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Relevant licensure to practice as a Speech Therapist.
