As a senior product owner in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our IT products.

  • You will define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity of user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
  • Collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhancements.
  • Lead product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure effective adoption and satisfaction among customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and accurate support.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in product management, with a focus on IT products or services.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles and delivering results-driven outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
