">Overview

As a seasoned Application Designer, you will be instrumental in defining requirements and crafting Oracle EPM solutions that harmonize with business processes and objectives. This role demands strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS and Hyperion Planning.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an expert for Oracle EPBCS, leading design discussions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage project teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Take ownership of technical and functional decisions across the team.
  • Engage with multiple internal and external teams, contributing to critical project-level decisions.
  • Provide solutions and resolve issues impacting immediate and cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze business requirements and design robust application solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance to the team and participate in requirement-gathering sessions.
">Requirements

We are seeking candidates with 5+ years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) and overall 9+ years of experience in Oracle EPM as a Techno-Functional Consultant.

Key qualifications include a strong understanding of financial planning and budgeting processes, along with hands-on experience in designing and implementing EPBCS solutions, including web forms, task lists, business rules, and calculation scripts.

Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Financial Reporting Studio, Workspace, and Shared Services experience is also highly valued.

">Professional Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in EPBCS/PBCS configuration and customization.
  • Forecasting and budgeting in Essbase.
  • Performance tuning of EPBCS applications.
  • Data and metadata loading using FDM, ODI, MDM, Connection Manager.
  • Knowledge of Forms, Functions, Function Builder, BI Content, POV Manager, Submit Data, VB Functions.
">Additional Requirements
  • At least 4 implementation/support projects led.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning and stakeholder reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to write professional emails and handle client calls independently.
  • Willingness to travel and work in shifts as required.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, a positive attitude, and ability to take on challenging tasks.
