  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our city development efforts. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for your assigned city.
  • You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within the city, building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets and other performance metrics, conducting market research to stay ahead of trends and competitors.
  • Regular reports and updates will be provided to senior management on sales and marketing activities within the city.
  • You will collaborate with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Traveling throughout the assigned city is expected, including training and guiding company sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for assigned cities.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  4. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
