Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect/Senior AI Specialist with over 10 years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, focusing on Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage expertise in AIOps use cases, including Predictive Maintenance, Anomaly Detection, Incident Management, and other relevant applications
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and others
  • Develop deep hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT, BERT, or other transformer-based models
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools, Databricks, and cloud-based AI/ML services from Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Lead cross-functional AI teams, mentor junior engineers and researchers, drive project delivery and innovation
  • Promote excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, focus on results and innovation, strong communication and collaboration skills

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, specifically in ML, DL, NLP, and Generative AI applications
  • Strong technical background in leading AI-driven solutions across large-scale, production-ready systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in AI solution architecture and enterprise-scale deployments
  • Familiarity with data governance, model explainability, and AI ethics
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications
