Software Engineering Manager Job Description

We are looking for a talented Software Engineering Manager to join our team.

  • Leverage your technical expertise to lead a cross-functional agile team in the development of advanced software solutions supporting multiple projects and initiatives in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define requirements, develop functional specifications, and design software solutions that meet business needs.
  • Work closely with Scrum masters, Technical Product Managers, and Stakeholders to co-own deliverables and drive project success.
  • Mentor and grow new employees on your team, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build, train, mentor, and lead a cross-functional agile team
  2. Help design, architect, and develop advanced software solutions
  3. Collaborate with product owners and/or the business on requirements definition
  4. Collaborate with Scrum masters, Technical Product Managers, and Stakeholders within the team and function to co-own the deliverables
  5. Establish and lead best practices in software engineering
