Job Summary
Data Engineers play a crucial role in driving innovation in healthcare revenue cycle management by designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance data platforms. As a Senior Data Engineer at our organization, you will lead the development of self-service data platforms for reporting and analytics, ensuring seamless integration with tools like Tableau, Power BI, and APIs.

About the Role
You will be responsible for building scalable data solutions using Databricks, SQL, Python, Spark, and Delta Lake on Azure. Your expertise in ETL/ELT and data quality best practices will ensure that our data pipelines are efficient, reliable, and secure. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage CI/CD, testing, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring tools.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have 8+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 3 years in senior positions. Strong skills in PySpark, Scala, SQL, Python, and Azure are required, with Databricks experience being a plus. You should also have hands-on experience with integrations like Delta Live Tables and Auto Loader. Proficiency in Spark, Pandas, and NumPy is essential.
