About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Development Specialist to join our team at Saraswati College, Shegaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the employability of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop training modules and workshops to enhance students' soft skills, technical skills, and overall employability.

- Organize guest lectures, industry visits, and workshops with professionals to provide students with industry insights.

- Conduct regular assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions.

- Provide one-on-one career counseling sessions to help students with career planning and development.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential employers to secure job opportunities and internships for students.

Industry Interaction:

The ideal candidate will have a strong network of contacts within the industry and be able to engage with employers and industry professionals to secure job opportunities for our students.

Talent Development:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering training programs that enhance student employability.

Career Counseling:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to provide one-on-one career counseling sessions to help students with career planning and development.

Placement Data Management:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date database of student placements, employer contacts, and placement statistics.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
