Senior Game Development Manager Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Game Development Manager to lead our team of engineers in the development and deployment of high-quality games and applications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of 2-5 engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Technical Solutions: Collaborate with clients to provide technical solutions that meet their needs.
  • Project Management: Work with project managers, designers, and quality analysts to develop best-in-class games and applications.
  • Code Reviews: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high-quality software is committed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Unity Experience: Proven ability to deliver products from concept to submission with Unity and C#.
  • Software Development Lifecycle: Strong understanding of all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
  • Communication: Good communicator with the ability to interface directly with clients.
  • Game Development: Experience with games, AR/VR, mobile apps, and desktop applications.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Ability to find creative solutions to difficult problems.

In addition to these qualifications, we are looking for candidates with experience in game console development (Nintendo, Playstation, Xbox), data modeling and UML, tech art, developing shaders or modeling and lighting scenes.
