ORM Specialist

Our company seeks a skilled Online Reputation Management (ORM) professional to safeguard our brand's online presence.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, addressing and mitigating negative customer feedback across various platforms, while enhancing public perception through proactive engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor brand mentions across social media, blogs, forums, review sites and other digital channels.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer reviews, comments and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues raised online.
• Maintain a positive brand tone when addressing negative comments or reviews.
• Prepare regular ORM reports highlighting sentiment analysis, key issues and performance metrics.
• Track competitor activities and online reputation strategies.
• Suggest improvements to content, communication and customer service based on feedback trends.
• Escalate critical issues or potential PR risks to relevant teams.
• Manage listings and reviews on platforms such as Google, TripAdvisor, Glassdoor, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in ORM, digital marketing or customer engagement roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of SEO and content moderation best practices is a plus.
