Network Infrastructure Professional

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by designing and implementing cutting-edge network infrastructure solutions that drive business results.

As a Network Administrator, you will collaborate with our IT team to build products and platforms that deliver exceptional customer experiences through innovative design thinking and trailblazing technology.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including in-depth knowledge of network routing, switching, wireless, and security. Experience with Cisco routing, switching, and wireless hardware platforms is highly desirable.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, develop and implement process improvements, and maintain accurate network documentation and MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure to ensure operational performance and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors, TAC, and support teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and develop and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate network documentation and MIS reports to inform business decisions and optimize network performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong technical skills, including in-depth knowledge of network routing, switching, wireless, and security.
  • Experience with Cisco routing, switching, and wireless hardware platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
