Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, and at least two years of experience in hands-on coding.

The successful candidate will work closely with module leads and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the ideation, technical design, implementation, and testing of product features.
  • Design and deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-performance REST APIs, interfaces, and database schemas.
  • Produce high-quality software following good architecture and design principles.
  • Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and postmortems to raise engineering best practices across the team.
  • Document changes and guides for the applications.
Requirements:
  • Strong foundation in computer science or software engineering.
  • At least two years of relevant experience in hands-on coding.
  • Experience in NodeJS, Typescript/Javascript, and SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex technical environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Foundation-level knowledge and programming experience with fintech lending.
  • Experience building and deploying applications and services into cloud environments (AWS stack).
