Lead UI/UX Designer

We're seeking an experienced and passionate UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, clean, and powerful dashboard interfaces that delight users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and prototype dashboards and data-driven web interfaces that are beautiful, scalable, and functional, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to bring innovative ideas to life.
  • Conduct thorough user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and inform strategic design choices.
  • Maintain and evolve a consistent design system across all products.
  • Turn complex workflows into simple, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web apps (B2B/SaaS).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional dashboard designs and web UIs.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and responsive design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
