  • Validate change order implementation plans and human error compliance using Jenkins for Continuous Integration and Deployment, actively participating in capacity planning for operational efficiency.
  • Engage with customers through meetings to gather feedback, promptly addressing issues while utilizing Cloud Build for automated deployment processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough analyses, including root cause analysis and trend analysis, using data from support incidents to create insightful reports for key business stakeholders.

Candidates should possess strong expertise in Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure automation, proficiency in Git, GitHub, Jenkins, and Cloud Build for version control and CI/CD processes, familiarity with support and operations best practices and incident management frameworks, and excellent analytical and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
