Project Financial Manager

This is a key role within the project team, responsible for managing financial aspects of the project from inception to completion.

  • Prepare project budgets and forecasts in collaboration with Central Cost Controller/Project Manager.
  • Oversee project invoicing, tax issues, bonds, guarantees, financial accounting, and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities and risks, ensuring timely implementation of mitigation actions.
  • Promote commercial awareness among the project team and provide commercial input to the project execution plan.
  • Coordinate with clients for invoice approval, payment collection, and compliance purposes.
  • Maintain an updated billing register and track billings, approvals, payments, deductions, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor site expenses, report weekly project expenses, and reconcile SAP entries with invoices.
  • Analyze actual vs. budget costs and revenue, highlighting potential issues.
  • Lead project actualization activities at HO-defined frequency and prepare finance-related slides.
  • Review Kappa against budgeted costs and highlight exceedances.
  • Share project slides for monthly business review and keep the controller manager informed.
  • Cash verification and surprise verification at least once a month, reporting results.
  • Ensure compliance with Internal Financial Controls (IFC) as defined by HO.
  • Monitor ABG, PBG, and other guarantees to ensure timely renewal and reduction.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A go-getter approach.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.
