About this role

We are looking for an experienced backend developer to join our development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and scale backend systems that power our AI-first workspace.
  • Develop APIs and services to support real-time collaboration, persistent memory, and AI Experts/Skills.
  • Work closely with frontend, AI, and product teams to ship features at startup speed.
  • Optimize for scalability, performance, and security as we grow from dozens → thousands of users.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions that will shape the future of AI.

  • PostgreSQL / Redis
  • GraphQL APIs
  • AWS / GCP
  • Docker / Kubernetes
  • Experience with LLM integrations, vector DBs, or real-time systems is a big plus.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years backend development experience.
  • Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Builder mindset — you're excited to ship fast, learn from users, and iterate.
  • Passionate about AI, SaaS, and how small teams work.
  • Comfortable in an environment that's demanding, unstructured, and moving fast.
