An ERP Functional Analyst plays a vital role in the success of any organization by ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of business systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create functional designs that consider scalability, performance, and architecture.
  • Maintain stable and accurate production instances.
  • Deliver solutions meeting high quality standards following quality and software development life cycle processes.
  • Collaborate with global teams to participate actively in discussions and meetings.
  • Estimate work efforts for complex technology implementations and deliver results on time.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in a related field with a 4-year degree or 3 years and an advanced degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules including discrete manufacturing, inventory, bill of materials, WIP, and quality control.
  • Experience with O2C and P2P cycles and understanding of interfacing needs/impact with finance modules.
  • Good communication skills self-driven and bottom-line oriented.
