Commissioning Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Commissioning Manager to lead the commissioning of MEP systems in data centre projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing and commissioning process to ensure seamless execution and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Testing and Commissioning (CxA) of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in data centre projects.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and ensure smooth execution of commissioning activities.
  • Conduct Factory Witness Tests/Factory Acceptance Tests (FWT/FAT), ensuring quality material delivery and adherence to approved engineering drawings and Technical Design Specifications (TDS).
  • Perform Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) checks and assist in energization, Site Orientation and Training (SOO), and Initial Start-Up (IST) as per approved scripts and procedures.
  • Utilize digital tools such as Automated Commissioning Control (ACC), COMPASS, Nexus, and Cx Alloy for tracking and maintaining visibility to stakeholders.
  • Manage closing of observations from stakeholders and Internal Review Leaders (IRLs) for smooth commissioning of data centres.
  • Develop systems and procedures to optimize efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish a customer-centric approach to enhance loyalty and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 10-12 years
  • Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical or Mechanical
  • Strong experience in MEP Testing and Commissioning for data centres.
  • Proven knowledge of quality checks, coordination, and monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with CxA and digital commissioning tools.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in Data Centre projects is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordination with clients and internal teams.
