Job Title: Strategic Financial Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Financial Leader to join our organization. This role is responsible for leading financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting processes to ensure alignment with global standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: The successful candidate will generate financial reports from Oracle and create detailed, qualitative analyses. They will also develop standardized work for various analytical tasks across all functions.
  • Process Improvement: This leader will work closely with the Oracle team to develop new reports to reduce manual work. A key aspect of this role is standardizing and streamlining monthly and weekly forecasting and reporting processes. They will also implement and execute the company's standard budgeting process.
  • Audit Support: Provide necessary analytical support during both statutory and internal audits.
  • Training & Mentorship: This leader will provide training and guidance to cross-functional teams on data analysis. This role also requires the ability to manage and train people within and across functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: A Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI is essential. An MBA from a reputable institution or a Cost Accountancy/CPA from AICPA would be an added advantage.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of total post-qualification experience with a minimum of 2-3 years in an MNC in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required. Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP is also necessary.
  • Domain Knowledge: A good understanding of business dynamics and the ability to provide critical insights based on financial data is crucial. You should also be well-versed in Indian Accounting Standards, IFRS, and the Indian Companies Act.
  • Personal Attributes: This role requires a creative, highly driven, and self-motivated individual with high integrity and a strong focus on compliance.
