Main Responsibilities:

  • Production Management: Manage production scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and MIS systems.
  • Process Improvement: Implement productivity improvements and optimize molding cycle times.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of molding machines and troubleshoot molding issues.
  • Team Development: Train and mentor teams to adapt to optimum productivity and foster a culture of safety and accountability.
  • Sustainability: Ensure minimal environmental impact in the process and implement energy reduction measures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or CIPET
  • 12-15 years of experience in production function of Engineering Industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Technical knowledge of molding processes and materials
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
