At Altairo, we are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial activities and ensure seamless financial operations within our organisation.

The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of accounting principles, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in daily financial postings, reconciliations, and closing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Transactions: Manage day-to-day transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, cash receipts, and general ledger entries.
  • Accuracy and Compliance: Ensure accuracy in daily financial postings, reconciliations, and closing activities, adhering to local and statutory accounting principles and guidelines.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and present daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to highlight financial performance and trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA/CPA Inter/Final qualification is preferred.
  • Proven work experience (4+ years) in an accounting or finance role, ideally in managing day-to-day operations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
