Kannur, Kerala, India beBeeInfrastructure Full time ₹ 2,00,00,000 - ₹ 2,50,00,000
**Job Description**About this role:

We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking Director of Infrastructure Delivery to lead our global infrastructure design teams. This role is pivotal to our global transformation journey — shifting from traditional infrastructure management toward a modern, DevOps-centric, cloud-native delivery model. Understanding flows of Data Center to Cloud and Data Center to Data Center Migrations is a plus.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of both legacy and emerging infrastructure platforms, combined with proven leadership in managing globally distributed teams. This individual will be responsible for delivering reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure services while modernizing operations to support product engineering, platform automation, Operational SRE and business agility.

This includes leading the transformation from legacy systems (e.g., traditional VMs, storage, monitoring) to modern infrastructure (e.g., serverless, container platforms, SaaS/PaaS). The selected person will also champion operational (SRE) enablement, compliance (including SOX/PCI), and security best practices.

Furthermore, the candidate will have experience with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, etc.). A strong analytical and decision-making abilities in a complex, fast-paced environment are essential.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
  • 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing global or regional teams.
  • 5+ year experience working within a public cloud environment. Must have a good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Must have experience with traditional data center infrastructure (storage, compute, network, backup, monitoring).
  • Previous experience implementing container strategies, i.e. Kubernetes, Docker, EKS, ECS, GKS.
  • Hands-on familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
  • Proven track record of leading modernization initiatives, including DevOps support, automation including CI/CD/CM, SRE facilitation and tool rationalization.
  • Experience managing compliance frameworks (SOX, PCI, ISO) and high-security environments. Configuring and supporting the implementation & maintenance security tools.
  • Previous experience working with Agile Development Practices (SDLC / Agile / Scrum methodologies).
  • Good communication, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
