Video Editor Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to contribute to our team's mission. If you have a passion for storytelling, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to transform raw footage into compelling content, we'd love to meet you.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished final deliverables for social media, web, and internal communications.
  2. Add graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and music to enhance video quality.
  3. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging content aligned with brand guidelines.
  4. Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.) to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
  5. Maintain organized file management and version control.
  6. Stay updated with the latest video trends, tools, and editing techniques.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio/reel required).
  2. Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or Canva.
  3. Strong sense of timing, visual storytelling, and pacing.
  4. Basic knowledge of sound design, color correction, and motion graphics.
  5. Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining high quality.
  6. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Good to Have:
  1. Experience with graphic design tools (Photoshop/Illustrator).
  2. Familiarity with social media content creation and trends.
