About the Role:

This is a hands-on position focused on creating automated test scripts, automating QA scenarios, and ensuring high-quality software solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Automation Engineer to lead the automation of Salesforce testing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce application testing and proficiency in test automation frameworks, APIs, SOQL, and version control (Git).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated test scripts for Salesforce applications.
  • Build and maintain automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Drive CI/CD testing pipelines and optimize QA processes.
  • Perform root cause analysis for issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • Contribute to process improvements and adoption of new testing tools.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of QA/Quality Engineering experience with a focus on automation.
  • Proven experience creating test scripts and automating QA scenarios.
  • Hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) or Selenium WebDriver/Playwright.
  • Strong background in Salesforce application testing (CPQ experience a huge plus).
  • Proficiency in test automation frameworks, APIs, SOQL, and version control (Git).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Salesforce, Copado, or ISTQB certifications.
  • Experience with Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Apex.
