About the Role

  • Lead and manage warehouse implementation projects from blueprinting through go-live and post-go-live support, ensuring seamless execution of complex operations.
  • Analyze warehouse operations to design optimized solutions leveraging SAP EWM, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Configure core functionalities including warehouse structures, storage types, activity areas, and storage bins to meet business requirements.
  • Design and implement inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes tailored to the organization's needs.
  • Configure SAP EWM Radio Frequency (RF) Framework for mobile execution, enhancing operational agility.
  • Implement Yard Management for vehicle and goods movement monitoring, streamlining logistics.
  • Develop and configure SAP Post Processing Framework (PPF) actions to automate business processes.
  • Integrate SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA for master and transactional data, ensuring data consistency.
  • Integrate SAP EWM with SAP Transportation Management (TM) for transportation execution, optimizing supply chain management.
  • Design interfaces with warehouse automation systems using SAP PI/PO or other technologies, fostering connectivity.
  • Implement advanced features like Wave Management, Slotting, Replenishment, and Labor Management to drive business growth.
  • Utilize IDOCs and BAPIs for system integration and data exchange, ensuring seamless interactions.
  • Develop custom SAP Fiori-based interfaces for EWM to enhance user experience.
  • Conduct unit, integration, and system testing; support UAT and issue resolution to ensure quality delivery.
  • Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot EWM-related issues efficiently.
  • Document business blueprints, functional specs, configuration guides, and test scripts to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Deliver end-user training and conduct workshops to promote knowledge transfer.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support their professional development to foster a culture of learning.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including IT, business users, and project managers to ensure alignment.
  • Use ABAP debugging to troubleshoot technical issues, resolving them efficiently.
  • Implement and manage Serial Number Management functionality in EWM to streamline inventory management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest EWM releases and best practices to remain competitive.

About You

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • With 8+ years of SAP EWM implementation and support experience, you possess a deep understanding of the technology.
  • You have strong knowledge of SAP EWM architecture and are well-versed in its intricacies.
  • Your excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills enable you to work effectively in a team or independently.
  • You can engage stakeholders effectively, building strong relationships to drive project success.
