Seeking an analytical and creative digital marketing professional to manage and optimize ad spend on Facebook and Instagram. This is a full-time remote role for someone who wants to experiment boldly and grow with a high-performing UK-based company.

This role involves managing and optimizing ad campaigns, building and scaling full-funnel campaigns using real strategy, analyzing CPL, CTR, ROAS, CAC and spotting trends fast. The ideal candidate will have at least 1–2 years' experience running Facebook/Meta Ads with a proven track record and a strong understanding of key performance metrics like CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS.

We're looking for someone who is highly analytical and confident with maths, can build smart spreadsheets for tracking performance, trends and projections, and has an eye for what makes a scroll-stopping ad creative. If you take initiative, solve problems, and always ask:
