Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications and websites using PHP.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Implement custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific client requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Maintain databases and write SQL queries for efficient data storage and retrieval.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in PHP and WordPress development.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficiency in PHP, including experience with frameworks such as WordPress or Laravel.
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
