Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the execution of business-analytics roadmaps by demonstrating techno-functional consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.\
  • Lead client workshops to articulate broad vision and ambiguous business problems, leveraging data science and AI to deliver innovative solutions.\
  • Define business problems concisely, consolidate findings, and hypothesize proposed solutions, measuring and articulating how they improve client objectives.\
  • Liaise with customers independently, convincingly presenting solutions in an unstructured and ever-changing client environment.\
  • Perform a role that involves a combination of hands-on contribution, customer engagement, and team management.\
  • Contribute to organizational building through training, mentoring, and developing repeatable analytic approaches.\

    • Budgeting and financial planning experience; expertise around FP&A and Zero Base Budgeting.\
    • Proven exceptional problem-solving analytical skills with an ability to blend creativity and logical thought to innovatively think through a problem and develop solutions.\
    • Ability to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis.\
    • Experience in strategy and business/technology consulting roles conversant with process improvement, cost optimization, customer analytics, and experience management.\
    • Demonstrated sustained client relations management experience at a C-suite/leadership or senior management level.\
    • Understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms.\
