**Job Summary**

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Operations Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. As a key member of the Americas PRCoE, you will be responsible for supporting financial planning and analysis activities for practice areas operating expenses (OPEX) and incentives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and experience with financial software such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP BPC, and Tableau. You will work closely with onshore and offshore teams, providing financial insights and recommendations to support financial decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze financial data, partner with onshore and offshore teams, and ensure accurate and timely budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
  • Identify opportunities to streamline the incentive planning process and improve data accuracy
  • Work with Concur and D365 data to track T&E trends, reconciling actuals against planned budgets
  • Collaborate with Business Operations to monitor contracts and research tool expenditures, ensuring alignment with forecasts

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant with 4 - 6 years relevant experience or Graduate/ Post graduate in Finance, Accounting with 9 - 11 years relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting
  • Advanced excel skills, experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP BPC, and Tableau
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and adaptability to shifting priorities and multitasking
