RF Systems Engineer

Develop cutting-edge RF systems, leveraging expertise in radar, detectors, jammers, and communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop RF Systems: Create innovative solutions for active/passive radars, RF detectors, and jammers, as well as communication systems for counter-drone systems and missiles.
  • Communication Protocols Integration: Integrate suitable communication protocols for missile operational requirements, including telemetry, command and control, and video transmission.
  • Performance Testing and Analysis: Conduct thorough performance testing and analysis to ensure RF systems meet required specifications.
  • Antenna Selection and Integration: Select and integrate antennas that match communication needs, ensuring they do not negatively impact aerodynamics or stability.
  • Link Budget Calculations: Perform link budget calculations to assess feasibility of maintaining communication over required distances and under various conditions.
  • System Performance Evaluation: Evaluate system performance metrics, such as signal strength, quality, and data rates, to ensure they meet operational requirements.
  • Radar System Development: Use RF simulation tools to model and predict system performance before physical implementation.
  • Interference Mitigation: Analyze and mitigate potential interference issues from other RF sources.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current on advancements in RF technologies and future wireless standards to enhance missile communication capabilities.
