Sr Legal Counsel

As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will play a critical role in driving legal initiatives that support business growth and innovation. Your expertise will be invaluable in resolving complex problems, providing expert legal advice on high-stakes issues and disputes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex projects of diverse scope, driving legal initiatives that foster business growth and innovation.
  • Participate in complex problem resolution, offering expert legal advice on high-risk issues and disputes.
  • Provide expert legal guidance and support, particularly in areas experiencing significant expansion such as compliance, data protection, and litigation assistance.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations, advising on the implementation of new legal technologies and automation tools.
  • Manage legal risks and safeguard your organization's legal interests, developing comprehensive risk management frameworks.
  • Represent your organization in litigation and other legal proceedings, leading case strategies and ensuring effective representation.

To excel in this role, we require a minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Juris Doctor degree or equivalent qualification. Additionally, exceptional writing skills, outstanding oral communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously are essential.

We offer a balanced hybrid work model, providing three days in the office for effective face-to-face collaboration and two days at your choice of either the office or your home workspace.
