Embedded Systems Practice Lead

Your role will also involve mentoring junior engineers, developing quality standards, and conducting thorough testing and validation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertise in providing guidance on embedded system design, development, and implementation
  • Leading technical discussions and decision-making processes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables
  • Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in embedded systems
  • Mentoring junior engineers and providing training sessions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred
  • Experience in embedded system development with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, familiarity with Linux and real-time operating systems (RTOS)
  • Knowledge of FPGA, System design, verification and validation, and test automation
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
