The Hackett Group is seeking a Strategic Financial Planning Lead to join our team of experts in Oracle Cloud Planning. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting solutions using Oracle Cloud Planning.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to gather requirements, anticipate client needs, and ensure project timelines and quality. You will provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Cloud Planning (EPBCS) and integrations across financial applications. Additionally, you will design and develop metadata, workflows, and budgeting solutions tailored to business needs.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing technical guidance on Oracle Cloud Planning modules (Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects, Strategic Modeling)
* Developing reports, performing testing, and providing training/documentation for Oracle Cloud Planning solutions
* Collaborating with junior staff to ensure high standards of project delivery and customer satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Planning, and experience in implementing and integrating financial planning solutions.
