Senior Site Operations Manager

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and management of assigned sites.
- Operational Management: Supervise and manage the daily activities, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal site performance.
- Resource Optimization: Effectively manage and allocate resources (manpower, equipment, materials) to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure site requirements are met and operational objectives achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective incident response protocols and workflows.
- Monitor site performance metrics, PUE, KPIs, and operational reports. Identify trends, track progress, and report key insights to senior management.
- Identify areas for operational improvement, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to improve site efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with senior management to align site operations with the broader organizational strategy and ensure long-term success.
