Job Title: AI Solutions Manager

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Manager to drive the strategic implementation and governance of artificial intelligence tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data privacy controls and compliance requirements, as well as experience in configuring and managing AI tool environments securely and effectively.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Configuring and managing data privacy controls to prevent the training of AI models on sensitive data
  • Delivering comprehensive audit logs, compliance reporting, and monitoring for AI usage
  • Implementing robust guardrails and moderation tools to enhance the security and reliability of AI applications
  • Tracking and analyzing model performance and usage metrics
  • Optimizing prompt engineering and evaluating cost/performance trade-offs
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures
  • Maintaining a detailed internal admin guide with setup/configuration steps, governance rules, and best practices for AI tool management
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge bases and wikis for developers and end users
  • Delivering training sessions for IT staff to expand their expertise in managing AI tools

Key deliverables include serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AI tools, addressing and resolving issues related to AI environment and its data, and enabling AI tool functionalities for third-party applications.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in AI applications engineering or a related role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools, particularly Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
