Automation Project Manager

This is a highly sought-after position that involves overseeing automation projects, guiding interns and specialists in building workflows, and ensuring clients are kept updated on progress, challenges, and outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end automation projects for sales and marketing teams, guiding interns in setting up workflow automation systems, and overseeing the design and implementation of automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, or Make.com.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end automation projects for sales and marketing teams.
  • Guiding and mentoring interns in setting up workflow automation systems.
  • Overseeing the design and implementation of automation workflows.
  • Ensuring smooth integration of tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and via APIs/webhooks.
  • Monitoring quality of data pipelines for enrichment, lead scoring, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Reviewing and validating outputs before sharing with clients.
  • Acting as the primary client contact.

A strong background in project or client management, with exposure to sales/marketing workflows, is essential. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also required.

Requirements:

  • Strong familiarity with no-code/AI automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
  • Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
  • Background in project or client management with exposure to sales/marketing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Bonus requirements include knowledge of APIs, webhooks, or basic scripting (Python/JavaScript), and comfort with productivity tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable.
