Job Title:

AI/ML Model Designer - Data Insights Specialist

A successful candidate for this position will possess strong expertise in designing and implementing AI/ML models to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will be able to analyze large datasets, identify trends, generate actionable recommendations, and develop strategic solutions to address complex challenges in healthcare and life sciences.

This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to build end-to-end data pipelines and analytical workflows. Strong communication skills are required to effectively communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Mentorship and continuous learning opportunities are also available for junior team members.


Key Responsibilities:
  • AI & Data Solutions: Design and implement AI/ML models to address complex business challenges.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, generate insights, and support data-informed decision-making.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with consultants, data engineers, and scientists to build end-to-end data pipelines and analytical workflows.
  • Client Engagement: Interact with clients through interviews, workshops, and presentations to contribute to deliverables and build strong relationships.
  • Communication & Reporting: Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Machine Learning: Experience with machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques, and model evaluation metrics.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python programming language with experience in data manipulation, cleaning, and analysis.
  • Frameworks and Tools: Familiarity with popular machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn, and proficiency in data visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau.
  • Cloud Services: Experience with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for deploying AI solutions.
