ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Sales Advisor to join our dynamic Store Team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in creating an outstanding customer experience.

Job Summary:

The Sales Advisor is responsible for welcoming customers, guiding them through the store, and supporting them in finding what they need while showcasing our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Share product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service at every step of the customer journey.
  • Maintain a well-stocked, organized, and inviting sales floor and back of house.
  • Support with opening and closing of the store.
  • Represent the brand positively during all customer interactions.
