About Our Creative Director Role

At Material Depot, we are on a mission to redefine the home decor industry in India. As our Creative Director, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve this goal.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director who can assist our marketing and sales teams in developing and executing creative campaigns that drive company objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the content strategy to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals
  • Plan and execute content calendars to deliver high-quality content that resonates with target audiences
  • Integrate with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze performance of creative content to refine and improve strategies and campaigns

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in marketing or content production
  • Education and/or background in Architecture and/or Interior Design
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to engage customers and convey complex concepts clearly
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and problem-solve for aspects not familiar with

What You'll Do:

You'll be responsible for assisting marketing and sales teams alike along with the entire content team on all key initiatives. The role would involve 20% data analysis, 40% Content Creation, 40% GTM and operations; and will have 100% ownership of the problem statements you tackle.
