Test Framework Developer

This position is accountable for the development and implementation of manual and automation test frameworks. The incumbent plans, deploys, and manages testing efforts for engagements/releases.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with application teams to create test design frameworks according to project requirements.
- Create/updates test data for automation test cases.
- Perform SIT & UAT test execution and oversee junior team members' test execution.
- Identify applicable regression tests and test cases suitable for automation based on selection criteria.
- Report defects and follow up with developers/BA/IT for defect resolution and ageing tracking.
- Provide test results walkthroughs to stakeholders for sign-off.
- Maintain test assets and repository.
- Support team leads in driving testing best practices through regular knowledge sharing sessions.
- Document project testing activities including planning, execution, and defect reporting.
- 2-5 years of testing experience.
- Excellent communication and articulation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Certification in automation tools preferred.
- Experience in BFSI/Telecom domain advantageous.
- Knowledge of agile methodology and ability to manage a small team.
- Reporting skills wherever necessary.
