Job Title: Claims Administrator

Job Summary:

The Claims Administrator will be responsible for end-to-end release review process and contributing to process improvement. This role requires maintaining training materials and the knowledge base to support the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Deliver assigned work with 100% accuracy
  • Coordinate well with team members and other stakeholders
  • Adhere to company policies and principles
  • Assist with other administrative special ad-hoc projects as needed

Interactions:

The Claims Administrator will interact with Team Leader, Manager, Claim Admin Senior Associate, Associate II, Training and Quality team members, Sr. Manager Operations, Settlement Manger (USA)

Requirements:

  • Advance knowledge of MS office applications like MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
  • Advance knowledge of data analysis and interpretation
  • Basic SQL and PowerShell knowledge
  • Flexibility
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Communication skills
  • Time management
  • Exceptional observation skill

Experience:

2 to 3 years of experience into US/EU based BPO/KPO & Data Entry/Processing

Education and Qualifications:

Minimum Education should be a Graduate (preferable commerce or business)
