Credit Sales Professional - Automotive Lending

Job Overview:

The role of Credit Sales Professional - Automotive Lending is to acquire car loan customers in identified segments, meet and exceed targets, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to selling norms and SOPs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Secure car loan customers in the designated segment.
  • Meet and surpass defined targets for new customer acquisitions every month by analyzing transaction banking needs of the customer.
  • Offer regular feedback to Relationship Managers (RMs) on opportunities and customer needs.
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
  • Source leads according to the Bank's policy.


Additional Duties:
  • Create a conducive work environment for the team to focus on automation and digital enablement to cater to customer needs comprehensively.
  • Promote initiatives to achieve the Bank's rapid growth objectives.


Key Performance Indicators:
  • Disbursements.
  • Growth metrics.
  • File-to-disbursal conversion rates.
