Lead 2D Game Artist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead 2D Game Artist to join our team. As a key member of our art department, you will be responsible for creating high-quality game assets, environments, and promotional materials that meet the highest standards of the industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce captivating concepts, digital game assets, and marketing materials.
  • Establish and refine visual styles to ensure consistency and alignment with the overall artistic direction.
  • Create and optimize 2D art pipelines to facilitate smooth content updates and improvements.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance visual quality and improve gameplay experience.
  • Leverage knowledge in UI art creation to design intuitive interfaces.
Requirements:
  • BA in Art Media, Graphic Design, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in isometric rendering, background rendering, UI, and concept art.
  • 8+ years in mobile or video game development studios with a track record of delivering high-quality art.
  • Ability to adjust artistic style and techniques to meet unique demands of mobile game development.
  • Deep understanding of composition, color theory, lighting, perspective, UX, and UI principles.
Bonus Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Unity3D's asset integration pipeline.
  • Skills in animation or visual effects using Spine or similar software.
