About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Event Production Specialist to lead our on-ground project planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to seamlessly integrate technology into event setups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end project execution, including venue selection, setup, set design, LED screens, branding materials, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver bespoke set and venue designs accordingly.
  • Maintain a database of reputable agencies for set design, lighting, stage, and event production.
  • Liaise with hotels and venues to manage bookings, room arrangements, and event logistics.
  • Keep a repository of hotel options across metro cities for quick reference.
  • Bring innovative ideas to event setups, ensuring engaging and creative designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with new-age technologies in event production and integrate them into projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in event planning, production, or project management.
  • Strong understanding of set design, lighting, and event technology.
  • Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative aptitude with attention to detail and design.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
