High-Speed Analog Design Engineer

In this position, you will develop innovative solutions for high-speed IO designs in advanced technologies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-speed IO PHY IPs (DDR/HBM/UCIe) for memory interfaces.
  • Ensure compliance with JEDEC standards for memory interfaces.
  • Apply ESD and reliability concepts to guarantee robust designs.
  • Optimize signal integrity and power integrity of designed circuits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design decisions and project execution.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 8-15 years of experience in analog design and high-speed IO designs in advanced technologies.
  • Strong expertise in analog design fundamentals, device physics, and high-speed IO designs.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
