Finance Content Development Position Overview:

The role of a Content Development Executive at a leading education provider is to create high-quality training content for various finance training programs. The primary goal is to ensure that the content meets quality standards, adheres to industry trends, and caters to the specific needs of clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging and informative content for Financial & Business Skills programs
  • Develop assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Maintain and update the repository of created content
  • Update the Learning Management System with new content
  • Review and provide feedback on content developed by team members and freelance writers
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to format content in required templates
Client Support and Collaboration:
  • Organize meetings and deliver 'train the trainer' sessions to ensure comprehensive understanding of created or reviewed content
  • Facilitate client support activities through timely communication of issues to relevant parties
  • Support trainers, including freelancers, in preparing for assigned trainings

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics, along with relevant certifications such as MBA (Finance), CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent degrees. Excellent presentation skills, fluency in English, and sound knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are essential.
