Job Overview

This position is responsible for leading and managing MEPF design projects, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and sustainable solutions that enhance the quality of life for occupants and meet project goals in compliance with national/international codes and standards.

The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed designs, engineering, and documentation for MEPF systems, including preliminary DBR, calculations, schematics, and budgetary estimates.
  • Obtain statutory approvals and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  • Manage project execution, including on-time and within-budget delivery of MEPF design phases, effective resolution of design-related issues, and technical evaluation of vendors and products.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure project timelines, budgets, and milestones are met without compromising on quality.
  • Release good-for-construction drawings and documents with complete accuracy, update the WPS tracker, and review all design batches and closures.
  • Provide real-time insights into project status, milestones, and deadlines, and close RFI's within 2 days and updating project tracker on a weekly basis.
Requirements
  • BE | B. Tech or ME | M. Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with 6+ yrs experience in Plumbing, Firefighting, Storm water and Sewage network design in large projects comprising of Villas, tall Residential and Commercial buildings.
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable IS Codes, National Building Code, NFPA, etc.
  • Experience in Revit is Must.
