About the Role

Our company is seeking a seasoned OEM Engineering Lead to oversee the development of ADAS components for top industrial automation projects.

  • Technical Leadership: This individual will lead engineering design, development, and integration of ADAS components, including sensors, cameras, radar, lidar, and control systems.
  • System Integration: They will work closely with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless system integration into OEM vehicle platforms.

  • Solution Development: Design, develop, and integrate ADAS components, leveraging expertise in sensors, perception algorithms, and E/E architecture.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues that impact project timelines or deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ADAS Expertise: Strong knowledge of ADAS technologies and their applications.
  • Hands-on Experience: Proven experience in ADAS system design, integration, and validation.
  • OEM Experience: A proven track record of working with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in the automotive industry.
  • Automotive Foundation: A strong foundation in automotive engineering, embedded systems, and control systems.
